ACE Developers Ltd. has signed on as the official sponsor of the Bangladesh Men’s U-20 Hockey Team for the Asia Cup 2026 in China, backing a young squad with a big dream: not a dream, this time history.

 

Dhaka: ACE Developers Ltd. has joined hands with the Bangladesh Hockey Federation as the sponsor of the Bangladesh Men’s U-20 Hockey Team for the Asia Cup 2026, being held in China. The partnership was formalised through a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed under the campaign banner Mission China 2026..
Through this sponsorship, ACE stands beside the players, coaches and support staff as they carry Bangladesh’s flag onto one of the region’s biggest stages for young hockey talent.

Mission China 2026: Not a dream, this time history

The team has set out for China with a clear message: “Shopno noy, ebar itihash” (“Not a dream, this time history”). For many of these players, the Asia Cup is their first step on the international stage, and a chance to show what the next generation of Bangladesh hockey can achieve. The ACE Developers logo now travels with the team across its match-day and campaign content throughout the tournament.

Final preparations in China

Ahead of its opening match, the squad played a practice match against Japan, a valuable test against one of the region’s established hockey nations. It gave the coaching staff a chance to test combinations and sharpen structure, and helped the players settle into match conditions away from home. In a short video interview, vice-captain Abdullah spoke about the team’s preparation for the first match and how the squad has adapted to the weather in China. His message was one of focus and confidence: the team has worked hard, adjusted well and is ready to give its best.
